Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom orders may require additional production time.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from New York City. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.

Lost Packages
